Over the past two days, San Juan Unified has received reports of social media posts containing threatening statements and each naming or tagging a different list of schools across the region. Our safety team is closely monitoring the situation in coordination with law enforcement. We want to reassure families that we have no evidence of an actionable threat to any of our school communities at this time.

Congratulations to Igor Federov, a music and band teacher at Andrew Carnegie Middle School, for being recognized as the September 2024 Teacher of the Month, presented by ABC10 and SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union.

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! Our first day of school is this Thursday, Aug. 15 and we are all excited to welcome students back to campuses. Our staff has been working diligently to prepare for an amazing year ahead.
