Logging Into The Parent Portal
- Get your parent login information. There is a pin and password you will need to log in to your account. If you do not have that information, you can reach out to the main office and we can give that information to you.
2. Log into Q Parent Portal (https://sis.sanjuan.edu/parentportal) using your Pin and Password.
If you don't have the information to log into the portal you can call the front office and we can provide that information for you or you can use the "Forgot Your Pin" or "Reset Your Password". The system will ask you for your email and you can follow that instructions from there.
3 . If you have multiple students, once you are logged in, you can choose the student you want to view.
4 . You now have access to your students information. You can view Attendance, checks Grades, view transcripts and update your personal information.
If you need any help while navigating the Parent Portal there is a Help button at the top right hand corner labeled "Help". This will pull up a PDF with frequently asked questions and more specific details on how to navigate the site.
